When allotted time is exceeded in Stopwatch

If you’re using the allotted time feature in Stopwatch, there might be occasions where you team exceeds this allotted time for a particular website.

There are a few things that happen when you exceed the allotted time:

Note: When allotted time is exceeded, you can still continue adding time to Glow for the website in question.

Client reports

If you include the Snapshot and Development work sections in your client reports, you’ll see a few things update in here:

  1. Snapshot page - The allotted time usage showing will go above 100%
  2. Development work page - Same as with the Snapshot page, the allotted time usage will show as higher than 100% and the bar chart showing time used will be full

Stopwatch overview

On the Stopwatch > Overview screen for the website where the allotted time has been exceeded, you’ll see a couple of things:

  1. A note confirming that the allotted time has been exceeded in this billing period
  2. The above note will also confirm by how much time the allotted time has been exceeded
  3. The bar chat in the middle of the screen will be full
