FAQs for Reseller
How does the pricing work for Reseller?
For every reseller website that you add, you’ll pay $2/month. Reseller sites do not count towards the websites limit on your pricing plan.
How many Reseller Agencies can we add to our plan?
There is no limit to the number of Reseller Agencies that you can add to your plan.
How many Reseller sites can we manage?
As many as you like 🙂
Just be aware that Reseller is a premium feature, so you’ll pay $2/site/mo, on top of your regular plan rate.
What happens when a Reseller Agency client raises a support ticket?
You’ll receive an email notification and the ticket will appear in the Support Tickets section of your Reseller Agency’s account. When you reply, the client will receive a notification email from your Reseller Agency, not from you or Glow.
Can our Reseller Agency raise a ticket to us on behalf of one of their clients?
Yes. Your Reseller Agencies can create tickets for any of their clients and choose to notify you when they do so. You can then login with one click to their dashboard and handle the ticket accordingly.
Can we create reports for Reseller Agency clients?
Yep. Once you’ve white labelled your Reseller Agency’s dashboard, any reports you create for their clients will carry their brand, not yours or ours. You can even send them directly from Glow and the email will be sent from your Reseller Agency’s email.
How does billing work for Reseller?
Reseller is a premium feature, so you’ll pay $2/site/mo on top of your regular plan rate. In the Billing section of Reseller, you’re able to buy extra Reseller websites whenever you need to. So you can literally buy 1 website and pay $2. Or, if you know you’re going to be adding a larger amount soon (eg. if you’re onboarding a new agency), you can buy more at the same time. Note that whenever you buy more sites, Glow will create an invoice for the corresponding value. So if you don’t want lots of little $2 invoices, you’re best buying extra sites in larger quantities.
Can we invite our Reseller Agency’s team to the dashboard?
Yep. They can also add their teammates themselves.
From their dashboard, they’re able to do things like:
- View the work you’ve been doing in maintaining their clients’ sites
- Get involved in helping with support tickets
- Access reports you’ve created for their clients
- and more
Transparency wins the day.
Do we need to create a new Glow account for each agency we work with?
No, you don’t. You only need your own Glow account.
You’ll create a dashboard for each of your agency clients from within your own Glow account (it takes literally 2 or 3 clicks to setup).
