Deleting a backup

Step 1

Log in to your Glow account and go to Websites from the main left hand menu. Then select the website where you want to delete a backup.

Step 2

From the inner menu of the Website Area, click on Backups.

When the screen loads, you will see an information bar across the top, telling you when the next backup is scheduled to be completed and a section beneath displaying all recent backups:

You’ll now see a record of all the most recent backups as well as confirmation of the backup schedule across the top of the screen.

Click on the Access backups link in the bar across the top.

Step 4

You’ll now be logged in to WordPress on the UpdraftPlus Backup/Restore tab.

Step 5

Click on the Delete button to the right of the backup that you want to delete.

A popup will appear, asking you to confirm the process and that you want to also delete the backup from your remote storage.

Step 6

Wait a few seconds and the backup will be deleted.
