Downloading a backup

Step 1

Log in to your Glow account and go to Websites from the main left hand menu. Select the website where you want to download a backup.

Now, from the inner menu of the Website Area, click on Backups.

Step 3

You’ll now see a record of all the most recent backups as well as confirmation of the backup schedule across the top of the screen.

Click on the Access backups link in the bar across the top.

Step 4

You’ll now be logged in to WordPress on the UpdraftPlus Backup/Restore tab.

Scroll down to the backup that you want to download and select which elements of the backup you need. For example, if you need the Database, click the Database button. If you need the Plugins, click the Plugins button. And so on ...

As soon as you click one of those buttons, the backup will start downloading to your browser immediately.
