Disable Two-Factor Authentication

Step 1

Login to your Glow account and go to Team & Profile from the main left hand menu.

Click on My Profile and then the Security tab.

You’ll see that Two-Factor Authentication currently has the Enabled status.

Click on the information bar, retrieve an authentication code from Google Authenticator, type it into the field showing and then click the Submit button.

Step 3

On the next screen, scroll to the bottom to where it says Disable 2FA.

Click on the Disable button.

Step 4

You’ll then be asked to confirm you want to disable 2FA.

To do this, click on the Yes, disable button and in the field that shows, enter the authentication code from Google Authenticator.

Step 5

A success message will now show on screen, confirming that 2FA has been disabled.

You will no longer need it to login to your account.
