Log in with Two-Factor Authentication enabled

Once you’ve enabled 2FA on your account, you’ll need your phone, as well as your account email and password, in order to log in.

Step 1

Go to the login URL of your Glow account.

Step 2

Complete the email address and password fields as normal and then click the Login button.

Step 3

Now, retrieve an authentication code from the Google Authenticator app on your phone.

Type this code into the field showing and then click the Login button.

You will now be logged into your account.
