Generate new recovery codes

If you want to generate new recovery codes, maybe because they’ve been shared a few times or even seen publicly, follow the steps below:

Step 1

Log in to your account and go to Team & Profile > My profile > Security.

Click on the Two-Factor Authentication information bar and on the next screen, enter an authentication code from your Google Authenticator app.

Step 2

You’ll be shown your Recovery codes on the next screen.

To generate new ones, click the Regenerate button to the right, underneath the recovery codes.

When you do this, you’ll notice the codes above change immediately.

Step 3

Finally, be sure to copy and/or download the new codes immediately as you’ll need them in future if you lose access to your phone.
