Removing false positives in Uptime

To deliver best in class WordPress uptime monitoring, Glow integrates with UptimeRobot.

As a way to minimise false positives, UptimeRobot uses a distributed monitoring system.

All primary checks are made from Dallas in the USA and once a downtime is detected, further requests are then sent from remote nodes located in other countries and continents.

So, if you are getting some false positives, there’s a pretty good chance that the IPs used in UptimeRobot’s monitoring are being blocked by the hosting provider.
