Turn off the Uptime monitor

Step 1

Log in to your account and go to Websites from the main left hand menu.

Step 2

Find the website where you want to turn off the Uptime monitoring.

Step 3

You will now be shown the Website Area.

From the inner menu select Uptime.

Step 4

Across the top, click on the Settings tab.

You’ll now see the beginning of the process where you can turn off the Uptime monitor:

Step 5

Click the checkbox to confirm that you understand the process and then click the Begin button.

On the next screen, choose whether you want to turn off Uptime on this website only, or all of the websites in your account:

Step 6

Click the Turn off Uptime button.

And that’s it. Uptime is now turned off - either for this website or all of the websites in your account.

You’ll now it’s turned by going to the Websites screen from the main left hand menu, finding the website and then you’ll see the Off status in the website data:
